About Edith

The pitch process is broken.

Writers have to hunt down submission pages, follow a list of rules, send an email, and hope for a response. On the other side, publishers are juggling crowded inboxes and trying not to miss something good.

We built Edith to consolidate that workflow.

It's a shared space for submitting, reviewing, and managing pitches. Writers know their work made it to the right place and can see where things stand. Publishers stay organized and discover new writers beyond the usual inbox flow.

No chasing. No guessing. No lost emails.

Principle

Separated workspaces

Writers and publishers move through the same editorial record from different interfaces. That keeps each side focused on the decisions they actually need to make.

Principle

Structured pitches

The product narrows the submission format so editors can review quickly without losing the context that makes a pitch legible.

Principle

Shared status history

Profile context, pitch outcomes, and production progress stay attached to the work instead of being split across inboxes, notes, and spreadsheets.
